Phase Two:
SCULPTURE. Time to venture onto our program. I am guiding each step of the way. Sculpt line by line. We will be sculpting healthier lines along your body. What an amazing experience.
What a powerful thing to learn to use tools to sculpt your best masterpiece. We want our lines to be in balanced harmony. We want a healthy balance between your measurements.
Do you want to have a more proportioned body? I will help guide you along the way.
SCULPTURE
First we will talk about your daily life. I want you to fill in the circle called your life. Highlight the most important things in your life today. Then write down your current schedule. I want you to write down what you do in the next few days. What activities you participate in? What you eat?
Don't think modern day bodybuilder. Think artwork in a museum like a Goddess. We want clean healthy sculpted lines like a Goddess from years ago.
After a the next three days look at the activities you participated in? Did you drink at all? Did you drink any alcohol? Okay now scratch it out of your schedule with a red pen. On this program we won't be indulging on any alcohol. You can spare some alcohol.
Now I want you to replace every time you drank alcohol with a full glass of water. Write full glass of water right near where you wrote down alcohol on your schedule. Draw that glass of water and shade it with water.
Everytime you ate processed food I want you to scratch it out with a red pen. Write next to it I want you to choose from one of the follwoing choices and write it next to that big x.
Protein Choices: Lean Beef, lean Chicken, lean turkey, or protein shake with protein powder.
Write down the time you went to bed and woke up. Calculate how many hours you slept everyday. Did you sleep between 7-9 hours a day? In our program we have to ensure we aim for 7-9 hours of sleep a day. Your body needs time to recover each day. Without full recovery each day like sleep our body temperature is unable to decrease. During sleep our bodies typically decrease in body temperature. During the day our bodies use energy to maintain a higher body temperature. Our body needs sleep in order to recover. Our body temperature drops while we sleep and our bodies stop using as much energy.
Next we are going to add leafy greens to your plate. I want you to take the picture of the plate provided in this plan. I want you to draw leafy greens on the plate along with protein of your choice. Add a healthy fat: olive oil, half an avocado, grapeseed oil.
Next add a colorful piece of fruit or vegetable to the plate. You can choose a yellow pepper, red pepper, piece of purple eggplant, sliced strawberries, etc
Think size of your fist.
This will be the plate you will use as your guide to a healthy meal.
