Draw a small plate on this page and draw your healthy snack on it.
Choices: Two rice cakes, part skim ricotta with raw stevia and some raw raspberries, an apricot some olive oil and fresh basil, a small greek yogurt you can add a tablespoon of all natural peanut butter to it. I highly recommend buying seaweed with some added seasoning. It tastes crunchy and tastes amazing if you want a healthy tasty snack. I love the wasabi seaweed!
